With springtime, quickly comes Easter. From eggs to baskets to even carrots, this holiday has some adorable home decorations that will make you want to get a jumpstart on decorating already!
In this post, we’ll try to give you some of the Easter decor that we have seen around that would go just perfect in your home.
This post is all about easter home decor.
Adorable Easter Home Decor
1. Spring Easter Wreaths
We’re starting from the outside! One of my favorite things about Easter decor is all the beautiful pastel colors and flowers that are typically included. The above picture shows off how stunning the color yellow is and how well it works with greens and pinks. Wreaths are a perfect way to add a bit of Easter to your front door. Below I attached two links, one more expensive than the other, but both great choices!
2. Outside Easter Bunny Decor
Easter is another one of those holidays that you also need to make the outside of your home look just as cute as the inside! If you’re one of those families that have Easter egg hunts, outdoor decorations are a must. There are plenty of options, including these cute bunnies that you see above from Kirkland’s. I have linked those below, as well as some cheaper options!
3. Hanging Easter Decorations
Christmas isn’t the only season that can have hanging decorations! Hanging some Easter eggs is a super cute way to add some Easter decor, whether it be inside or outside. You could even repurpose a Christmas tree (especially if you don’t feel like putting it away) and decorate it with some eggs, carrots, bunnies and more! Below are a few options that you might like!
- Pottery Barn’s Egg Ornaments – Honestly, I was surprised by the price, but then I realized you only get 6 eggs with this as opposed to the 18 you can get below. Still super pretty and made with foam and paper. We love unbreakable options over here for the pet owners and kids!
- Amazon Egg Ornaments – Even though these are cheaper, they definitely don’t look fake. They’re foam as well so pretty kid-friendly just in case they drop it.
4. Easter Kitchen Sets
Even though the above picture is being marketed as “Easter decor”, you can easily keep something like this on display all spring and even through summer. The colors are beautiful and they’re muted enough to pass as summer decor as well, unlike a lot of Easter place sets that can be covered with pastels. The kitchen set in the picture above is from Kirkland’s and is unfortunately currently sold out, but I linked a very pretty Easter-focused dinner set below as well as cheaper Amazon options.
5. Easter Bunny Decor
When it comes to Easter decor, you can’t really overdo it on the bunnies. There are so many different options and it just depends on what type of vibe you’re going for. The bunny above is a neutral color with a knit build, so if you’re into comfy, neutral vibes, this would be a good option for you! Other people really love the pastel colors that are associated with Easter, so they would prefer to have more colorful bunnies. I have a more colorful bunny option if you scroll down to #12, but the one in the picture is linked below. There are also amazing options on Etsy that are made by artists, so if you would want to support a small business, I would go with Etsy!
6. Easter Carrots
We all know bunnies are a perfect decor piece for Easter, but there’s another option that we forget about – carrots! Carrots are such a cute way to add some decor related to Easter in your house. The best part is that there are a lot of options from homemade DIY to Etsy creations. There’s endless ideas on how to add carrots as a decor piece. Above is an option from Etsy if you want to support a small business, while below I have a carrot wreath from Kirkland’s and cheaper carrot ornaments if you want to hang them alongside some Easter eggs.
7. Easter Signs
Another great way to add a touch of Easter to your home is with signs. Again, this is another decor piece that has so many different options and you can go so many different ways. Just like the bunnies, it all depends on what you want your vibe or color scheme to be. Do you want a colorful, cutesy piece that hangs on your door like above or would you rather a neutral sign that you could lay against the side of your door? I linked two different signs below for you to check out, but Etsy is still the best way to support small businesses with decor like this!
8. Flowers
There is nothing that screams springtime more than a bunch of beautiful flowers. And flowers are a very versatile piece, so they can really go anywhere and instantly upgrade your space. You could get fake flowers that are already put together, like the ones above from Kirkland’s, or you could go and grab your own fake (or real) flowers and put them in a container of your choice. Michael’s is a definite favorite for fake flowers. If you go the real route and have pets, make sure they’re pet friendly! Many people don’t realize that tulips are actually toxic to pets. The one pictured above is linked below along with a few other options!
9. Easter Throw Blanket
If there’s one piece of functional decor that is super popular, it’s the throw blanket. A good throw blanket can instantly make any living room super comfy while conveying whatever season or holiday that you want. The above blanket is a cheaper option from Marshall’s that has an adorable Easter egg pattern on it. I’ve also added two options that I personally have tried out and love! One is a soft, green Pottery Barn blanket and another is a cheaper option from Amazon that’s got the same vibe but pink.
10. Easter Throw Pillows
If there’s one piece of decor that most people can’t say no to, it’s a cute, decorative throw pillow. Easter is no different when it comes to the adorable throw pillows that are available. I know plenty of people that have a rotating schedule of throw pillows based on the time of year! Above, we have an option from Kirkland’s that resembles an Easter egg. I have this particular one linked below as well as a cheaper version.
11. Easter Table Runner
Buying a good table runner instead of a tablecloth is a great option, especially when it’s for the Easter season. The Easter season typically lends itself to lighter, pastel colors, which unfortunately are much easier to stain. The above table runner is absolutely adorable, but the problem is that you can only spot treat it, and we love something that we can just throw in the wash around here. I have the adorable Kirkland’s one linked below as well as washable tablecloth options.
12. Easter Bunny Figurines
These Kirkland’s figurines are a cute addition to any place in your home – living room, kitchen, bedroom – wherever you have the space. Like I said above, this is for a slightly different vibe than the neutral, knit bunny above. This is for if you love the pastel colors that Easter is associated with. These colors are super fun and colorful, and I think they get you excited for Easter. I linked the pink figurine from Kirkland’s below, but all of the colors are still in stock, as well as an Amazon dupe.
13. Large Easter Baskets
When you think of Easter baskets, you typically think of the smaller ones that kids carry around to go egg hunting, but there’s another type of Easter basket that can serve as an adorable piece of decor in any room. You could easily replace any basket in your house with one of these – you know, the baskets that you use to hide all the extra junk in a room or where you throw extra blankets and pillows. We don’t judge here! I do the same exact thing with my baskets. The West Elm one is adorable, but I added some other options below. Additionally, if you have a plain basket, go ahead and get crafty. Add a cute bunny face to that basket with some cheap materials and there you go – a new Easter bunny basket!
